Another promotional tool I have is Collins Realty Group, Inc.'s progressive commission package. Its called a "5-4-3 Split". We contract you for 5% while offering 3% to other brokers and agents within the multiple listing service, however, if an in-house agent, other than the listing agent, sells your property, you are only charged 4%, thereby saving you 1%. To save you even more money, if the listing agent also sells your property then you are only charged 3%, thereby saving you 2% of the overall commission. In today's market that's a deal.
